On-Page SEO Service - SEO Specialist

On-Page SEO Service

A page that’s technically fast, properly indexed, and linked to from a dozen other sites can still fail to rank if the content on the page itself doesn’t clearly answer what the search term is asking. On-page SEO is everything that happens on the actual page — structure, headings, content depth, internal links — separate from what happens on other sites (off-page) or under the hood (technical).

Our on-page SEO service works through existing pages one at a time, checking whether each one is structured to actually earn the ranking its content deserves, rather than leaving good content buried under a page structure working against it.

What falls under on-page SEO here

  • Heading hierarchy review — one clear H1, logically structured H2s and H3s, not headings used purely for visual styling with no structural logic
  • Content depth analysis against what’s currently ranking for the target keyword, flagging pages that are too thin to compete
  • Internal linking from and to the page, connecting it into the site’s broader structure rather than leaving it isolated
  • Image alt text and file naming, which most sites either skip entirely or fill with generic, unhelpful text

Heading structure that actually helps

A page with six H2s that all say variations of “Our Services” gives search engines no useful signal about what specifically the page covers. Headings should describe the specific content beneath them, ideally phrased close to how a person would actually ask the question — “How much does X cost” works better as a heading than “Pricing Information” for a page trying to rank for cost-related searches. This also matters more now that AI-generated search summaries pull directly from clearly labeled sections.

Content depth vs. keyword stuffing

Older SEO advice pushed toward hitting a specific keyword density percentage; that approach reads as robotic now and tends to hurt more than help.

We evaluate content depth by comparing a page against what’s actually ranking in the top five results for its target keyword — if competitors are answering four sub-questions a page only addresses two of, that’s the gap worth closing, rather than repeating the same target phrase more times.

Image optimization most sites skip

Every image on a page is an opportunity search engines can’t use if it’s named “IMG_4821.jpg” with no alt text.

We rename image files descriptively and write alt text that actually describes the image (which also matters for accessibility, not just SEO), and compress images so they’re not silently dragging down page speed at the same time.

Internal linking as part of on-page work

Each page reviewed gets checked for both incoming and outgoing internal links — is anything else on the site pointing to this page, and does this page point to other relevant pages in turn. This overlaps with our on-page backlinking service, which goes deeper into site-wide internal link architecture; this service handles internal linking specifically as part of optimizing an individual page’s on-page signals.

URL structure decisions

A URL like /services/p?id=4821 tells a search engine nothing. A URL like /services/local-seo/ tells it exactly what the page is about before it’s even crawled the content. We flag URL structure issues during on-page review, though changing an existing URL requires a proper 301 redirect to avoid losing whatever ranking equity the old URL had already built up.
