WebSnarks is offering you risk-free digital services. We are focused on providing maximum satisfaction to our clients and unlimited revisions. We offer refunds to our clients so their time and money can be secure with us. However, we have refund conditions for each of our services, which you can read below.

Graphic Designing (Category)

We offer a full refund for all graphic design services until the client asks for it within 48 hours. There will be a complete refund if a client is not satisfied and provides us with a reason for the refund so we can improve in that specific area. However, our refund policy is affected by some of the conditions mentioned.

• If you have purchased our discounted packages or if you have used promo codes, then there will be a 50% refund.
• If a client has approved the project and doesn’t need any changes, then there will be no refund.
• If any issue occurs with the WebSnarks team, then you can get a 100% refund.
• If there is any misbehavior or misconduct with our project manager, then there will be a 70% refund only.

Legal Rights

• After delivering the project to you, WebSnarks has no rights to claim. That specific design will be your asset once the project is delivered.
• If any payment issue or revision issue occurs, the design will be a WebSnarks asset until it is resolved.
• WebSnarks will retain the right to display the design on its website and portfolio for promotional use.
